Global Compliance Partners partners with United Healthcare to cover 100% employee and spouse health insurance costs.

Seattle, WA May 12, 2018 – When it comes to health benefits, Global Compliance Partners will pay 100% of the employees and spouse medical coverage. This means that if you work for Global Compliance Partners , the company covers 100% of the costs of your and your spouse’s medical insurance.

From my experience, this is fairly unusual. For all of the companies where I’ve ever worked, the company would pay anywhere from 50-80% of the health care costs. It’s a fairly standard practice. So why do you pay 100%?

As a CEO of a start-up, I believe that it’s the company’s responsibility to care for the entire well-being of the employees and their families.  I believe that we have a responsibility to protect and care for our most valuable assets. The health care costs of employees is a cost that I think every company should bear.

So what’s the catch? How do you afford to pay for 100% of the employee benefits? 

It’s pretty simple. There is no catch! Unlike other organizations which pay for 50-80% of your TOTAL benefits package, we understand the value each employee brings to our organization. In the service industry sector, your employees are your end products as well as your assets. Employee and their family well being and good health is key to our success.

What drove the decision to include Employee spouse medical coverage?

The team at Global Compliance Partners made this decision just recently because we think it sends a clear message to our employees: you and your family are very important to us, and we want you to be taken care of completely. We also care about your immediate family and understand the impact they can have on your well-being.

What changes have you seen in your company post implementation of this policy?

This policy has made recruiting simpler.  Our policy underlines that we are here to care for your health insurance needs and will continue to do so.

The policy of paying 100% of employee and spouse medical insurance benefits seems to be working well for us, and potential employees are to liking the clarity that our policy provides. My hope is that even as health care costs continue to rise, we’ll be able to continue to offer this benefit.
